Customers may store or generate business information inside software, hosted systems or other services provided by Yooltech. Depending on the service and how the customer uses it, this information may include sales, invoices, customers, suppliers, products, inventory, accounting records, employee information, payroll information, reports, documents and other business records.
This Customer Business Data belongs to and is controlled by the customer. Yooltech does not claim ownership of it.
Yooltech infrastructure may automatically store, transmit, back up, retrieve or otherwise process Customer Business Data as necessary to provide the service. This technical processing does not mean that Yooltech personnel view or inspect the contents of the customer’s business records.
Yooltech personnel do not have direct access to the contents of Customer Business Data stored inside customer systems as part of normal service operations. If support or troubleshooting requires Yooltech to review specific business information, the customer must choose to provide that information directly or provide access through an authorized mechanism available for that purpose.
Where a business customer uses a Yooltech service to process personal information about its own customers, employees, suppliers or other individuals, the business customer is responsible for determining the purposes of that processing and for complying with its own privacy and data-protection obligations. Yooltech acts only as a service provider or processor to the extent required to deliver the contracted service.
Yooltech services may allow customers to connect their accounts, systems or data with artificial intelligence services, third-party applications, APIs, automation platforms and other integrations.
When a customer chooses to enable an integration, Yooltech may process information necessary to establish and operate the connection, such as:
Account and user identifiers
Connection details
Authentication information
API or integration credentials
Permissions and authorization information
Requests and responses exchanged through the integration
Connection status
Security and audit information
The capabilities of an integration may vary. Some integrations may provide read-only access, while others may allow authorized actions such as creating, updating or managing information. The permissions available to an integration depend on the service, the customer’s configuration and the authorization granted by the customer.
Where sensitive credentials are required, Yooltech uses reasonable technical safeguards designed to protect those credentials.
We may use information for the following purposes:
Create and manage customer accounts
Provide, operate and maintain purchased services
Process orders, subscriptions, renewals and invoices

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, we rely on an appropriate basis such as performance of a contract, consent, legitimate interests or compliance with legal obligations.
Yooltech may provide functionality that allows customers to connect Yooltech products and services with artificial intelligence providers, external applications, APIs, automation tools and other third-party services.
These connections are optional and are initiated or authorized by the customer.
When a customer enables an integration, information may be exchanged between Yooltech and the selected third-party service as necessary to perform the customer’s requested action. The type and amount of information exchanged depends on the integration, the permissions granted by the customer and the action being performed.
Some integrations may provide read-only access, while others may allow authorized actions such as creating, updating or managing information. Yooltech will use the permissions and authorization mechanisms made available for the relevant integration and service.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies and security practices. Once information is transmitted to a third-party service at the customer’s direction, that third party’s handling of the information is governed by its own policies and agreements.
Customers should review the privacy and security practices of third-party services before enabling an integration. Supported integrations may be disconnected using the controls provided by Yooltech or the relevant third-party service.
Yooltech does not sell or rent personal information or Customer Business Data for monetary consideration.
We may share information only where reasonably necessary to provide or protect our services, comply with law, or follow a customer’s instructions. Depending on the service, recipients may include:
Hosting, cloud and infrastructure providers
Domain registrars and registries
Payment providers
Email, messaging and communications providers
Authentication and security providers
Analytics, monitoring and technical-service providers

Third-party services that the customer chooses to connect or authorize
Service providers may process information only for legitimate purposes related to the services they provide to Yooltech, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or abuse, protect rights and security, enforce our agreements, respond to a valid legal request, or protect Yooltech, our customers or other persons.
Customers control the information they choose to enter into or connect with Yooltech services and are responsible for configuring their users, permissions and integrations appropriately.
Customers should provide users only the level of access they require and should protect passwords, API credentials and other authentication information.
Where a customer processes personal information about other individuals through a Yooltech service, the customer is responsible for providing any notices, obtaining any consents and establishing any legal basis required by applicable law.
We retain personal information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining security, complying with financial and legal obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing agreements.
Customer Business Data is generally retained while the relevant service remains active and may be deleted, returned, exported, anonymized or retained after termination according to the applicable service design, contract, backup cycle and legal obligations.
Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups after deletion from active systems until those backups are overwritten or expire according to normal backup cycles.
Integration credentials and connection records may be removed or deactivated when an integration is disconnected, subject to reasonable security, audit and legal-retention requirements.
Yooltech uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, disclosure or destruction.
These safeguards may include:
Encryption where appropriate
Access controls
Authentication and permission management
HTTPS and TLS
Secure credential handling
Security logging and monitoring
Backups and recovery procedures
Network and application security controls
Staff access restrictions and confidentiality requirements
No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials, devices, users and authorized integrations and for notifying Yooltech promptly if they suspect unauthorized access.
Yooltech may use service providers or infrastructure located in different countries. As a result, personal information may be processed outside the country where a customer or user is located.
Where international transfers are subject to applicable data-protection requirements, Yooltech takes reasonable steps to use appropriate protections for the information being transferred.
Our websites and services may use cookies and similar technologies to:
Keep users signed in

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate choices regarding non-essential cookies.
We may send customers service-related communications such as account notices, invoices, renewal reminders, security alerts, maintenance notices and support messages. These communications are necessary for operating the service and are not treated as marketing communications.
We may also send information about Yooltech products, offers or services where permitted by law. Marketing communications will include an appropriate way to unsubscribe or opt out where required.
Depending on applicable law and where you are located, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:
Request access to personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of certain information
Request restriction of certain processing
Object to certain processing
Request portability of certain information
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Make a complaint to an appropriate authority
These rights may be subject to legal limitations, identity verification and legitimate retention requirements.
If your information is contained in Customer Business Data controlled by one of our business customers, you should generally direct your request to that business customer first because it controls that information.
Yooltech’s business and commercial services are not intended for children to create accounts independently unless a specific service expressly permits it and appropriate authorization is in place.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner that violates applicable law.
Where a customer uses a Yooltech service to process information relating to children, that customer is responsible for obtaining any required authorization and complying with applicable law.
Our websites and services may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services. Yooltech is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties.
Customers and users should review the privacy policies and terms of third-party services before providing information or enabling an integration.
If Yooltech is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets or similar business transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction where permitted by law and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, business practices or legal obligations change.
The current version will be published on our website with an updated effective date. Where a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
